The company was founded on March 18, 2009. The shareholders are SG Splitska banka with 49% and SOGECAP with 51% of qualified share in the company’s equity.

 

The parent company Société Générale started long time ago in 1864 when it was founded by the decree issued by Napoleon III. Société Générale is nowadays, one of the biggest financial groups in Europe, with more than 103 thousand employees around the world. Thereby, Société Générale Group is listed in the five biggest socially responsible investment indexes.
